1 tablespoon of milk

2 chicken breasts, boneless and cut in half
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Beat the milk and egg lightly and set aside
In a separate part, mix the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, parsley, salt, and black pepper
Dip the chicken breast pieces first in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture
Heat the oil and butter or margarine and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides
Serve with rice
