2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 onion, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup (chá) of coconut milk
1 kg of chicken breast, cut into cubes

Season the chicken with two packets of chicken broth dissolved in boiling water
Let it rest for 15 minutes
In a pan, heat the oil and add the chicken pieces
Brown them well on all sides and add the butter, onion, bell peppers
Stir for another three minutes
Add the remaining chicken broth dissolved in coconut milk that has been warmed up and cook for five more minutes
Serve hot.
