Fry the garlic in oil
Add the meat and cook until it loses its color
Let it cool, then add the eggs, anchovies, prosciutto, parsley, bell pepper, and tomato extract
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Spread over cooked lasagna noodles, roll up, and place in a refrigerated form alternating with white sauce
Finish with white sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes
