Cook over low heat the next day
When the cajic grain is almost mushy, drain the water and add milk, salt, butter, and pieces of cinnamon
Leave it cooking until it's tender
To make it even more delicious, you can also add: condensed milk to taste, 1 can of coconut milk (with 2 egg yolks), toasted almond paste.
