Make the dough: mix warm water, salt, butter, coconut cream, and eggs
Add flour and mix well
Knead until smooth
Let rest for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough thinly, cut into strips, and shape into canuddo molds
Fry in hot oil
Filling: make a syrup by dissolving sugar and water
Let cool
Combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it reaches the bottom of the pot
Remove from heat, let cool, and fill the canuddos
Dust with confectioner's sugar and coat in coconut flakes
Make about 60 canuddos.
