1 1/2 cups of strong coffee

3.5 oz of refined sugar
Hot milk to taste

Mix all ingredients in a blender for 10 minutes until it forms a smooth, cake-like batter
Pour the mixture into a covered bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours
To serve, place three spoons of the coffee mixture into a cup and top with hot milk.
