5 mangos
10 squares of dark chocolate (60 g)
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of sugar

Peel the mangoes
Cut them in half lengthwise
Remove any seeds that may be present
Place with the cut side up on a refractory form
Put a square of chocolate on top of each mango half
Beat the egg white until fluffy
Add sugar gradually, beating well until stiff peaks form
Cover each mango with the whipped cream
Bake in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, for about 15 minutes or until the whipped cream is golden brown
Serve warm
