In a 28cm diameter microwave-safe bowl, combine the oil, onion, garlic, and red bell pepper
Place it in the microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the onion is soft
After that, add the black pepper, lean ground beef, and black current
Mix well and place it back in the microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the meat is tender
Halfway through, remove the bowl from the microwave and mix it again
Add the chopped parsley, all-purpose flour, vinegar, water, and salt
Mix well and place it back in the microwave on high for another 3 minutes or until the meat is cooked to your liking.
