Coat the maminha with this mixture
Place the coated maminha in a refractory form
Drizzle with olive oil, add red wine, and beef broth
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening
Put it in the microwave at medium power for 25 minutes
Dust the maminha with brown sugar and thyme leaves
Arrange the onion rings and potato wedges around it
Repeat the microwave process for another 15-25 minutes
To prepare the sauce: Remove the maminha from the refractory form, add it to the sauce that has formed, along with the dissolved cornstarch in beef broth
Mix well and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened
Cut the maminha into slices and serve with the sauce
Serve hot
