500g of ground beef
1/2 cup (heaping) of red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup (heaping) of green bell pepper diced
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the garlic, onion, and cook for five minutes

Gradually add the ground beef to the skillet and fry until it loses its pink color
Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the peppers, season with salt and black pepper, and let the meat dry
Add the water and let it simmer

Using a spoon, make four cavities in the cooked meat and crack an egg into each one
Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are almost set
Remove from heat and sprinkle with cilantro
Serve immediately.
