16 chicken strips

1 Wash and dry the chicken strips
Marinate them with mango juice, salt, and black pepper
Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes
2 Heat the frying oil and fry the chicken strips until golden brown
Remove excess fat with paper towels
Serve with sweet and sour sauce and green leaves
3 In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until caramelized
Add the ginger, mango, white wine, honey, hot sauce, salt, and cook for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and reserve.
