1.5 kg of lizard
250g grouse
8 cups (chopped) of cold water
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of butter
2 chopped onions
2 cubes of beef broth
2 cups (chopped) of hot water
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon of thyme
4 diced tomatoes

Soak the grouse in cold water for 2 hours
Transfer to a pressure cooker and cook on low heat until tender
Drain the grouse and let it cool
Make a hole in the center of the meat with a sharp knife and add the carrot
Coat the meat in wheat flour and, in a clean pressure cooker, brown the meat in butter
Add the onion, stir until transparent, and add the beef broth dissolved in hot water
Add the bay leaf, thyme, and tomatoes, and cover the pot
Cook for 1 hour after applying pressure
Open the pot, add the grouse, and cook with the lid off until a thick sauce forms.
