In a large pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and brown the beef on all sides
Add the pork fat, garlic, onion, tomato, and bell pepper
Add 2 cups of water
Season and seal the pressure cooker and cook at high heat until it reaches a boil and pressure is applied
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until the beef becomes tender
