1/2 pound of pork loin
1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons water
oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tablespoon golden syrup or Karo corn syrup
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup small chunks of pineapple in syrup
1 green pepper, cut into pieces
1 tomato, diced
1/2 pound of pork loin

Cut the pork loin into uniform strips
In a blender, combine the egg, flour, salt, and water
Blend for 5 seconds to mix the ingredients
Pour the mixture over the pork slices, turning them to coat evenly
Fry the pork (some pieces at a time) in hot oil until cooked through on all sides
Drain on paper towels
In a blender, combine the vinegar, cornstarch, water, golden syrup, and cornstarch
Blend for 5 seconds to smooth out the mixture
Cook slowly in a pan, stirring until thickened
Add the pineapple, green pepper, and tomato
Cook slowly for an additional 5 minutes
Serve over the pork (which should be hot).
