1 cup of sour cream
2 teaspoons of paprika

Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper
Add the onion and garlic to the melted butter until they're caramelized
Add the pork chops and cook for both sides
Remove the excess fat
Reduce heat, add rosemary and broth, and let it simmer for about 1 hour
Transfer the pork chops to a serving dish and keep warm
Cook the remaining pan sauce until it thickens slightly
Add sour cream and paprika; stir well
Season with salt and pepper, but don't let it boil
Serve hot over the pork chops.
