1/2 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/3 cup of vinegar
6 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 2/3 cups of water
1 kg of lean pork, cut into cubes

1 onion, chopped
1 cup of pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce

Mix the sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a pan
Add the vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2/3 cup of water
Cook while constantly stirring until the mixture thickens and reaches boiling point
Then reserve
Cook the pork slowly in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes
Drain and let cool
Mix the remaining cornstarch and soy sauce
Add the pork, then fry it in plenty of hot oil until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Salt the green pepper, onion, and pineapple in the two tablespoons of oyster sauce
Remove from heat and drain
Mix the pork, vegetable mixture, and reserved sauce
Reheat, then serve with white rice.
