1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Season the chicken with salt and lemon juice
Arrange the fillets in a baking dish
2 In a blender, blend the heavy cream, onion soup mix, ricotta cheese, and corn until smooth
Spread over the fillets and bake for 30 minutes
3 Sprinkle with parsley and cover with potato peels
Bake for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
