Cook the cod with the potatoes
When they're cooked, blend the potatoes with the onion in a food processor
Add finely chopped parsley
Defrost the cod and mash it well
Add the mashed potatoes
Add the egg yolks one by one, season to taste, and finally add the beaten egg whites
Heat oil in a pan until hot; add spoonfuls of the mixture above, shaping the fritters with two tablespoons (of soup)
Once ready, let them drain on paper towel.
