Douse the shrimp with 2 cups of water and simmer until they turn pink
Drain them and chop very finely
In a pan, fry the onion in olive oil until it softens, then add curry powder and cook for an additional minute
Pour the onion mixture into the bowl with the shrimp, adding salt, garlic, and mashed potatoes
Refrigerate to chill well
Then, it will be ready to use.
