Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan
Heat it up
When the liquid reaches boiling point, reduce heat and cover the saucepan
Cook for about 15 minutes or until the ingredients are tender
Let it cool slightly and blend everything using a food processor or blender
If necessary, to facilitate blending, especially in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of water (30 ml)
Serve with 1 1/2 cups.
