500g ground beef
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup of red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
4 eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
Add the garlic, onion, and cook for 5 minutes
Gradually add the ground beef and cook until it loses its pink color
Cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the bell peppers, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and cook for another 5 minutes or until the meat is dry
Add the water and bring to a boil
With a spoon, make four cavities in the cooked meat and break an egg into each one
Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are almost set
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley
Serve immediately.
