Chop the parsley and mix it with thyme
Mash the butter and combine with herbs
Season the turkey breast with salt and spread the butter mixture all over its surface
Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a day
Remove from the refrigerator, drizzle with white wine, and cover with aluminum foil
After half an hour in the oven, remove the foil and let it brown
Drizzle with white wine throughout cooking time
Remove from the oven and reserve the turkey breast warm
Place the roasting pan under a broiler and simmer until the sauce reduces
Serve the turkey slices with the sauce.
