Preheat the oven to 180°C
Dress the chicken thighs with lime juice, salt and oregano
In each one place a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of prosciutto
Tie with toothpicks and brush with ricotta cheese
Dip in breadcrumbs and distribute in the greased baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
Remove the aluminum foil, let it brown for approximately another 20 minutes and serve immediately
The same recipe can be used for drumsticks or chicken breast.
