In a pan with the olive oil, fry the chicken with the garlic and onion until golden brown
Season as desired
Blend everything in a blender, gradually adding the heavy cream
Add the well-dissolved gelatin and mix
Place in a 24.5 x 11 cm English muffin tin lined with parchment paper
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve with pickles and parsley
