Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and brown the beef
Season with salt and pepper and set aside
Sauté the remaining oil with chopped onion and garlic until softened
Add the bell peppers, olives, peas, corn, carrots, and broad beans
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cook for 5 minutes, then transfer to a greased dish and reserve
Breadcrumbs should be roughly broken and mixed with beaten egg and heavy cream
Spread over the beef, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
