1 1/2 cups of chopped okra
125g of dried crab
1 1/2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
1 cup of grated coconut
1/2 cup of dendê oil
1/2 kg of fresh crab

1/2 cup of dendê oil
Clean and peel the fresh crab
Fry in butter with onion, parsley, green pepper, and tomato
Add the chopped okra
Mix the dried crab through a grinder and combine with tapioca flour
Grate the coconut and remove excess milk
At serving time, add 1 cup of boiling water and remove excess milk
Mix the milk with tapioca flour
Combine the crab and okra mixture and cook over low heat until the okra is cooked
A little before serving, add the excess milk and dendê oil
If desired, add 1/2 cup of toasted almonds
