Bring six cups of water with the salt to a boil
Add the macaroni and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente
Clean the broccoli by separating the florets and small stalks
In a pan, heat three cups of water
Add the broccoli and let it cook for 15 minutes or until tender
Drain
Saute the garlic in olive oil until golden and add red pepper flakes
Combine the broccoli, castellane pasta, salt to taste, and red pepper flakes
Mix well, adjust seasoning, and let it warm up for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
