500 g of spaghetti pasta
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1 finger-sized bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
400 g of clams
500 g of squid, cut into rings
1/3 cup of dry white wine
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
500 g of spaghetti pasta

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot with plenty of boiling salted water until al dente
Meanwhile..
In a large skillet with olive oil, add the garlic, bell pepper, and oregano and fry until starting to brown
Add the clams, squid, and white wine
Cover the skillet, season, and let cook for 3 minutes, or until the clam shells open (discard any that remain closed)
Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce, and add parsley
Serve immediately.
