100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
50 g of crumbled cheese (use whatever you have at home: cheddar, Minas, mozzarella etc.)
2 separated eggs
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 pinch of active dry yeast
salt and black pepper to taste
6 slices of white bread
butter
2 tomato slices cut into thin rounds
100 g of grated Parmesan cheese

Mix the cheeses with the egg yolks, milk, flour, and yeast
Add the beaten egg whites, mixing carefully
Season with salt and black pepper
Spread butter on the bread slices
Top with cream cheese
Place thin tomato rounds on top
Sprinkle with more black pepper
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes
