1 cup of small macaroni (for soup)
2 cups of cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup of chopped salted peanuts
1/4 cup of toasted cashews
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of English dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce
Cucumber slices

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions
Drain and let it cool
Mix with the remaining ingredients, except for lettuce and cucumber
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Serve over lettuce, garnish with cucumber slices, and serve with cold roast beef
Serve in four parts.
