2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon of melted butter or margarine

Boil the carrot in salted water until it's tender
Drain
Mix the parsley with the butter and add to the carrots
Mix carefully
Serves 2 people.
