4 sheets (chiffon) of assorted green leaves

Grate the Parmesan cheese coarsely and divide it into 4 parts. Reserve
Draw 4 circles with a 15cm diameter on a piece of parchment paper using a pencil
Turn the paper over and place it in a baking dish
Distribute the cheese evenly inside the marked circles, forming a thin layer
Place it in a medium preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes
Release the cheese discs with a spatula and place them on individual serving plates
Gently shape the edges of each plate into a basket shape and let it cool completely
Remove the basket from the plate and arrange the green leaves inside
Season with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
