2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tea bags of black tea

Bring the milk to a boil and add the tea bags
Remove from heat and let infuse for 3 minutes
Then, remove the tea bags and mix in the vanilla and sugar
Pour the beverage into four cups
Using a spoon, allow the heavy cream to slowly drizzle (almost dripping) over it
The cream should float on top of the milk
Serve immediately.
