2 cups (shredded) water
1/4 cup (chopped) honey
2 inches ginger
1 cup (fresh, chopped) lemon verbena
1 lime, cut into wedges

Bring the water, honey, and ginger to a boil in a saucepan almost to a simmer
Add the leaves and mix well
Remove from heat, cover the saucepan, and let it rest for five minutes
Strain and serve with lime
