1 cup of mineral or filtered water, very hot
1 tea bag of Earl Grey
For the tartlet dough
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (100g) of cold butter cut into pieces
1/4 cup of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of cold water
1/3 cup of dried cranberries, chopped
1/3 cup of black and white raisins
1/3 cup of almonds, sliced
1/3 cup of walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup of honey

2 tablespoons of cold water
1/3 cup of dried cranberries, chopped

1/3 cup of almonds, sliced
1/3 cup of walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup of honey
Prepare the Earl Grey Tea
In a cup, pour the hot water over the tea bag and let it infuse, covered, for four minutes. Reserve
Prepare the tartlet dough
In a bowl, mix together the flour, butter, and confectioner's sugar until a crumbly mixture forms
Add in the cold water and mix well
Form into a ball and chill in plastic wrap for 20 minutes
Mold into small rings, about 9.5 cm in diameter, and pierce with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown
In a bowl, mix together the dried fruit and honey
Fill the tartlets and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool completely and demold
Serve with Earl Grey Tea
