2 cups of water
4 thin slices of ginger
4 Indian coriander leaves
2 tea bags of chá mate
1 mango sliced into fine pieces, with skin
Honey or sugar to taste
Ice cubes as desired

Ice cubes as desired
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil with the ginger and coriander leaves
Remove from heat, add the tea bags of chá mate, cover, and let steep for five minutes
Remove the tea bags from the infusion, add the mango and re-cover
Let it cool and refrigerate for at least an hour
When serving, sweeten with honey or sugar and add ice cubes.
