2 cups milk
1 3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons black tea leaves

4 whole cardamoms
Add to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large pot
Bring to a simmer over low heat and let cook for 15 minutes
Stir occasionally to prevent milk from burning
Strain and serve with add-ins to taste
Serve three times
