6 cups of raspberries
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brandy
2 bottles of white wine
1 bottle of champagne
1 bottle of mineral water with gas

Wash the raspberries and remove the stems
Cut them into slices
Place them in a punch bowl
Add the sugar
Pour the brandy over the top and gently mash the raspberries slightly
Cover and refrigerate for one day to another
Join the white wine and let it rest for a few more hours
A little before serving, join the champagne and mineral water
If desired, you can add 2 bottles of champagne and not combine with the mineral water
This depends on whether you want a stronger or weaker punch
Serve in approximately 25 servings.
