Fillings:
2 and 1/2 cups of ricotta
1 and 1/2 cups of cream cheese
2 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Juice of 2 limes
Milk to taste
Half cup of butter
Crust:
1/2 package of graham crackers
One sheet of parchment paper
Sauce:
600g of your choice of red fruits
100ml of red wine
5 tablespoons of lime juice
10 tablespoons of sugar

Beta in a blender the condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, lime juice, ricotta, and cream cheese to obtain a consistency similar to whipped cream
Crust:
Make a fine crumb with the graham crackers and mix in butter
Line the bottom of the form
Grease the sides with butter and place a strip of parchment paper
Pour in the ricotta cream
Bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes
Await cooling and refrigerate
Sauce:
Cook the red fruits and sugar over low heat for 5 minutes
Add lime juice and wine and cook for an additional 3 minutes
Remove whole fruits and let the sauce reduce for about 20 minutes
Await cooling and combine with cooked fruits
When serving, pour the red fruit sauce and fruits on top.
