Crust
1 1/2 cups of oat flour
1 cup of finely ground almonds
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
Cream Cheese Filling and Topping
300g of ricotta cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
200g of guava jelly

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a bowl, combine the oats, almonds, and confectioner's sugar
Add in the melted butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms

Use the crust to line the bottom and sides of a springform pan and set aside
Cream Cheese Filling

In a blender, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, flour, milk, and mix until smooth

Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch

Remove from oven and let cool

Top with guava jelly and refrigerate until serving.
