Preheat the oven to 350°F
Wash the chicken thoroughly and reserve
Blend all other ingredients in a blender, with a little of the wine
Remove the skin from the chicken breast and pound it well, brush with seasoning and remaining wine
Let it marinate for one day before cooking
Place in the oven until the chicken is tender
Arrange on a plate, without sauce
Use a spoon to remove excess fat and sauce
If desired, thicken with 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Serve in parts
Garnish with green grapes.
