2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons of vanilla

In a saucepan, mix together the milk, sugar, chocolate, and cinnamon
Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate melts and the milk is hot
Gradually add 1 cup of milk to the beaten eggs
Mix well and pour back into the saucepan
Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat
Add vanilla and whisk with a manual whisk until foamy
Serve in 6 portions.
