1 small mango - 170 g
2 tablespoons of pineapple chunks - 40 g
1 cup of chilled yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey - 14 g
Or 2 tablespoons of sugar - 8 g

Peel the mango, remove the seeds and chop
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Blend well
If desired, substitute half a banana (35 g) for the pineapple
Serve in 1 3/4 cup servings.
