Heat the milk and chocolate together over low heat
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, so the milk doesn't spill
Pour into 6 large bowls
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until the mixture becomes fluffy and expands
Scoop spoonfuls onto the chocolate milk
Serve immediately
