Directions

Melt the chocolate with hot water in a double boiler

Add the cinnamon, salt, and coffee

Remove from heat and cook directly over flame for 5 minutes, stirring constantly

Return to double boiler and slowly add milk, whisking continuously; heat thoroughly

Serve warm in cups, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg
