Peel and cut the chuchu horizontally
Remove the core and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water and salt
Drain and reserve
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the ground meat and let it brown
Combine the tomato sauce, salt, parsley, and simmer for 5 minutes
Place the filling into the chuchu cavities and sprinkle with grated cheese
Distribute the stuffed chuchus in a greased baking dish and bake until golden brown
