24 small white onions (240 g)
6 medium green peppers without seeds (720 g)
4 cups of fruit vinegar
2 cups of sugar
4 spoons of mustard

Place the tomatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt
Add the fruit, grape juice, herbs, onions, and peppers that have been chopped
Mix well
Heat the fruit vinegar until it almost boils
Remove from heat and let cool
Mix with sugar and mustard until sugar has dissolved completely
Pour the cold fruit vinegar over the fruits and vegetables and mix well
Fill sterilized hot glass jars, close tightly, and store in a cool place for 1 month before using
