Cut a circle from the paper with a 24 cm diameter
Fold it in half
Form a cone with an 8 cm base, folding the semicircle twice and then once more
Choose a design and draw it on the cone, then cut it out to get the hollowed-out shape

Sprinkle it evenly with confectioner's carrot cake using a sifter
Fill in all the empty spaces
Carefully remove the paper
