In a saucepan, combine the grated coconut and water
Let it simmer for 2 minutes

Add the pineapple chunks and let it simmer for another 3 minutes

Add the eggs, condensed milk, and shredded coconut

Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until the mixture detaches from the bottom of the saucepan
