4 3/4 cups of fresh mushroom (500 g), washed and trimmed

For the green sauce
1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of water
2 cups of fresh cilantro, finely chopped (120 g)
1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste

In a small bowl, season the mushroom with salt and set aside
Prepare the green sauce: in a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth
Set aside
Heat a grill well and sauté the mushroom (about 3 minutes)
Mix with the green sauce and serve
If desired, distribute the green sauce among six plates and arrange the mushroom on top
